Refund and Return Policy
You may return most items within 30 days from the original purchase date as long as the item is unused, in like-new condition, and in the original packaging.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. In each case, you must provide all paperwork, including product instructions or information and your packing slip/receipt, and any parts and accessories. You should also bring a valid photo ID.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Funds Returned
If you do not return the item to IQ Paint retail store near you, the cost of shipping the item back to IQ Paint will be paid by you, unless you received the incorrect item, or the item you received was damaged or defective. You will receive a refund of the purchase price (less shipping charges). Additional services such as assembly/delivery fees may not be refunded once these services have been rendered by your local IQ Paint store. Your refund will be issued in the original form of payment. We reserve the right to refuse returns under suspected abuse or fraud.
Where to Return
We recommend that you make returns of online purchases to an IQ Paint retail store near you that can issue you a refund (less applicable shipping, handling and other charges). If you do not have an IQ Paint retail store near you or if you need alternative return instructions, please contact IQ Paint Customer Care at Shop@iqpaint.store.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like:
- Gift Cards cannot be returned for any reason.
- Clearance items are final sale.
- We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
If you wish to return a Delivered, Assembled and/or Customized Item:
- Tinted liquid interior or exterior paint is a Customized Item.
- Tinted paint orders placed on www.iqpaint.store or IQ Paint in-store are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for a new color.
- Delivered, Assembled and/or Customized items should be returned to the same local IQ Paint Store from which it was delivered, assembled and/or customized.
- Your local IQ Paint Store may charge a re-stocking fee of 15%, minimum of $20, for an item that has been assembled and returned but is not damaged or defective.
- If you wish to return a Delivered, Assembled and/or Customized Item that IQ Paint store incorrectly fulfilled (for example, the wrong color, model or item), or if the item is damaged or defective, return the item(s) to the same store from which it was delivered, assembled and/or customized.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
