Shipping policy
We ship orders to all U.S. States.
Orders are shipped the same day Monday through Friday when ordered before 2:00 PM.
There are shipping charges associated with orders:
Shipping costs for orders placed on www.iqpaint.store are based on the weight of the total order. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during checkout.
Accurate estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout for most products.
- Orders placed after 2:00 pm are treated as if they came in the next business day.
- Depending on order volume, custom colors may not ship the same day. We take 1-2 business days to ship custom color order due to high volume of orders.
- All standard shipping orders are shipped with UPS Standard or UPS Ground (within 1 to 5 business days).
- You have 30 days from the time of package delivery per the carrier, to report an issue with your order.

Local pickup for online orders
We offer the option for customers to pick up their ONLINE orders at IQ Paint Store. The shipping rate for local pickup is set to FREE and can not be charged during check out. Choose “Local pickup” option during check out.
After we verify each item, we send notification to the customer that the order is ready.
You may pick up the Product(s) at IQ Paint store by appointment only. Please, contact IQ Paint store at: shop@iqpaint.store or call (531)777-6610 to set up a meeting for your pick up.
Risk of loss for and title to such Products will pass to you when you pick up the Products from IQ Paint store.

Please, be advised that delivery offer is only for customers that live in Omaha, NE
Delivery is FREE on all orders $900 and over!
Delivery for orders under $900 is $50 USD.
Orders placed after 2pm CST will be delivered within 1-2 business days.
Risk of loss shall pass to Buyer immediately upon delivery of the goods.
